PHILOSOPHY
During Dr. Wand's 33 years in private practice his mission has been to provide first quality dental care in a state-of-the-art environment with careful attention to personal respect and detail. He has always based his measure of success on the quality of relationships he has with his patients along with the quality of services he provides.

Our patients are the heart of our practice and the reason we are here. In addition, we take special interest with those individuals who may have had a previous unpleasant dental experience. Being of service to our patients in a comfortable, stress-free atmosphere is the definition of our purpose and the mission of our practice. Personal care and relationship building is what keeps us motivated to be the best we can be.

BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Ronald Wand received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis with a double major in psychology and biology. He then went on to dental school at Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (the city in which he was born and raised) where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1971, graduating with honors.

After graduation he was fortunate enough to have the experience of a General Practice Residency at William Beaumont General Hospital in El Paso, Texas followed by serving 2 years as the chief dental officer at Fort Gillem in Atlanta.

In 1975 he began his private dental practice along with teaching clinical dentistry for 10 years at Emory University as a part time faculty member. Dr. Wand has since continued his education with many annual post graduate courses in restorative, implant and cosmetic dentistry. Most recently he had the distinct honor of being voted by his peers as one of the Atlanta areas Top Dentists (Atlanta Magazine, January 2009) via the Consumers Research Council of America.

Dr. Wand has been married to his wife Linda for 19 years and they have 5 adult children between them. He loves to spend his free time with his family along with traveling, photography, gardening and relaxing at his beach home in Seagrove Beach, Florida where he has been on the executive condominium board for the last 6 years.
